We currently have residential spec homes under construction across Central Texas. We assist individuals and builders in the design, build, finance and sales of residential real estate. We have licensed realtors, home designers and builders with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
CANNABIS
Cannabis is a rapidly expanding agriculture revolution across the country with 34 states now participating in the medical and/or recreational Cannabis industry. We currently have an investment in a Cannabis company in Denver Colorado and are actively seeking to expand this portfolio with the goal of 3 Cannabis investments by 2022.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
We are approaching the close of our first food and beverage franchise investment. Our goal is to invest in 3 additional F&B franchises by the end of 2022.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
We have industry expert partners in the Waste Management sector. We are actively seeking a company we can invest in to leverage our capital and experience to achieve sustained growth and long term viability.
